1. If you have discovered that a long distance carrier that you did not select is showing up on your GTE bill, you should contact us.
2. If you discover rates for long distance calls made from your home phone or with a calling card that are higher then they should be, you should contact us. For example, a charge of 50 cents per minute for calls made from your home phone within California or 75 cents per minute with a calling card may indicate a billing error. This does not mean that charges of less then 50 or 75 cents a minute are always correct. We selected 50 cents per minute for calls made from your home phone and 75 cents a minute for calls made using a calling card only as a uniform starting point for the purpose of efficient investigation. If you believe that your charges are excessive, you should contact us.
3. If you have received a credit instead of a cash refund.
4. If you have information on the alleged GTE billing practices that are involved in this case, you should contact us. For example you may have worked for GTE at one time or you may know someone who has such knowledge. If this is the case you should contact us.
