Ms. Hanning joined Foley Bezek Behle & Curtis, LLP in February 2010. In 2004, Ms. Hanning graduated with Honors from the University of California at Santa Barbara, earning a Bachelor of Arts in Film Studies and Communication and a minor in History. She then earned admission to Loyola Law School, Los Angeles. At Loyola, in addition to a full class load, Ms. Hanning was a staff writer and research editor for the Entertainment Law Review and was the Social Chair for the Women’s Law Association. Ms. Hanning received First Honors in her Family Law and Motion Picture Production and Finance classes. Ms. Hanning graduated from Loyola in 2007 and was admitted to the California State Bar and Central District of California in December 2007.
Prior to joining FBBC, Ms. Hanning worked for a Los Angeles civil litigation firm where she participated in labor board, state court, and Court of Appeal proceedings. As a member of FBBC’s writing department, Ms. Hanning has the opportunity to focus her work on the areas of law she has been most drawn to, including lender liability, employment, trademark, and class actions. Ms. Hanning has appeared before various tribunals and has successfully written and opposed dispositive motions in multiple forums.
A Southern California native, Ms. Hanning currently lives near Los Angeles with her husband, Nathan, who is also an attorney. Ms. Hanning is based out of the Costa Mesa office.
