Unlike many litigation departments in large law firms, Foley Bezek Behle & Curtis brings years of actual trial experience to its clients. The firm's founding partners, Tom Foley and Pete Bezek, bring more than 50 years of combined litigation experience to their clients' cases and have tried and continue to try many major jury and court trials. Either Tom or Pete is responsible for each case and remains personally involved throughout the case. The firm has a proven track record of success. Our partners have obtained jury verdicts, settlements, and workouts of disputed or troubled loans in excess of $380 million.
