FBBC's clients, family-owned businesses, file Lender Liability lawsuit against East West Bank. FBBC's clients have filed a lawsuit in California State Court against lender East West Bank, alleging breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duty, fraud and negligence, among other causes of action.

Announcement. Today, FBBC Partner Justin Karczag was sworn in to, and officially becomes a member of, the Nevada State Bar. At the swearing in ceremony in Las Vegas Nevada, the Nevada Supreme Court held a special session to welcome and admit this summer's successful Bar Exam takers. Chief Justice Nancy M. Saitta presided over the session and the ceremonies. Several hundred admittees and their families were in attendance, as well as a host of other Judges, Judicial Officers, and government and Bar representatives.

In a hotly contested oil and gas rights case, in which FBBC was engaged after the litigation began, FBBC filed a Second Amended Complaint alleging among nine causes of action that Defendants, including the original sellers of the property, had wrongfully recorded oil and gas leases on property owned by FBBC's client.

A settlement has been reached in two class actions alleging that AT&T Wireless engaged in unfair, deceptive and misleading bill practices. The settlements, which were approved today by the Honorable Christina A. Snyder, require that AT&T Wireless pay benefits to the class members up to approximately $80,981,548 as set forth in more detail below. The Litigation was handled by partners Peter J.
