When You Should Contact Us
1. If you have discovered that a calling card carrier that you did not select is showing up on your Verizon bill, you should contact us .
2. If you discover rates for calling card calls that are higher then the rate you agreed upon, you should contact us . If you believe that your charges are excessive, you should contact us .
3. If you have information on the alleged Verizon billing practices that are involved in this case, you should contact us . For example you may have worked for Verizon at one time or you may know someone who has such knowledge. If this is the case you should contact us .
4. If you have reviewed your Verizon billing and believe that you may have been affected by one of the alleged billing practices, you may send the law firm an e-mail message describing what you have found in your bills. If you include your name and telephone number or a return e-mail address, someone from the law firm will contact you to answer any questions you might have.
